Pick my hours defines partners as strategic alliances that support and aid in a unified goal to improve labor market efficiency through the sharing of job opportunities, HR best practices, and the research and development of new technology that aid in syndication of information to provide the best outlets for job boards, job forums, and job engine platforms to job seekers.
Our partnership primary goal is to syndicate, to network and collaborate in delivering employers job opportunities via our platform directly to the job seekers. Pick My Hours is currently developing relationships with the Top 20 job boards and job engines in order to better distribute jobs and thus create more channels for employer job distribution and more opportunities for job seekers to find jobs.
Furthermore, we aim to reach the influencers of job seekers (e.g., government, staffing agencies, educational institutions, professional expos & conferences, and community organizations). It is equally important to build strong partnerships with vendors who serve the online recruiting industry, niche job board sites, applicant tracking systems, outplacement, outsourcing, and recruiting agencies, and advertising agencies for example.
