Pick my hours leads candidates directly to the employer job source we do not act as an intermediary collecting candidate resumes, information, or applications.

- Presently, unlike other niche job boards, pick my hours does not charge Job seekers to utilize our services. Visit the site and use it as a primary resource to find and apply to contractual jobs free of charge.

- Yes, you can use the zip code field available on the Homepage or location and distance proximity fields in the advanced Search Jobs page to locate contractual opportunities that are near your location, or even in a tri-state area around your location.

How do I find relevant jobs in my industry?

- To find contract opportunities that are relevant to your specific industry, you can search by category, or even further, visit the advanced Search Jobs page and select the Industry tab to search detail industries. We currently feature over 100 industries that provide opportunities to the permatemp (temporary to permanent) independent contractor workforce.

Can I create a user profile or submit resumes?

- You do not need to create user profiles or submit resumes, we actually don't accept resumes we are not the employer. Pick my hours functions in a unique space as a blend of job board and job engine. Meaning our platform is niche and targeted as a job board, but non invasive as job engine directing candidates to work opportunities (employers) without interfering with the process. That way our candidates are able to use our services efficiently with utmost confidence that they are reaching and delivering sensitive or confidential information to the intended party - the potential employer.

A job I applied to is not available, why is the job on your site?

- At times, a certain job may be filled but still listed on our site. Pardon the inconvenience, it may be due to an employer that has yet to updated their career offers or notify us of the changes in their career offers.

Can I rescind or delete a job application that I submitted?

- We do not keep your application information. When you apply for a certain contractual opportunity, you do it directly with the employer. If not interested in the opportunity, simply email/contact the employer to rescind your application.

Can I email or forward jobs to myself or a friend?

- Yes. To email a job to yourself or a friend, all job results have an action box to the right side of the result offer. Select email then fill in the pop up email form and send. To forward and share job opportunities via social networks, select share and choose one of the 300+ social networks and bookmark hubs of your choice. Fill in the social network app and send.

How do I find or save my recently searched jobs?

- To view your recently searched jobs, visit the job results page above the narrow search area to the right, find "View Recent Searched Jobs" link, select it and it will lead you to your recent searches.

Can I create job alerts?

- At this point, we wish to keep PMH non invasive therefore we avoid utilizing widgets/cookies that will integrate with your system to feed alerts or other types of content.

Can I save a job and apply later?

- To save a job and apply later, simply email the job search to yourself via the email pop up or forward the job to the social network or bookmark hub of your choice.

Can I connect with and recommend PMH on social networks?

- Yes, you may recommend PMH via social networks and various P2P platforms. In the Homepage header, find the more popular networks or select the share button for more networks and P2P platforms. In the Homepage footer, find apps that lead to PMH social network destinations.

How do I submit feedback or report errors on the site?

- To submit feedback, give a testimonial, or report an error found on the PMH site, please visit the Feedback page or access through the feedback link on the site footer. We appreciate genuine feedback, testimonials, or error notifications.

- Currently, PMH is intended for independent contractual job seekers located in the United States. We are in the process of determining the viability of operations in other regions in the Americas and worldwide.
